Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary administration and operational duties, rules, procedures (structure, activity, financing, organization of work) and functions of the Bulgarian Nuclear Regulatory Agency.
The 2012 amending provisions implements the co-operation between the Republic of Bulgaria and the international organizations on the issues of technical co-operation in the field of the safe use of nuclear energy and ionizing radiation and the safe management of radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel, through an Agency expert attached to the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Bulgaria to the UN, OSCE and to other international organizations in Vienna.
