Abstract
This Regulation defines the order and manner of interaction between the National Veterinary Service (denominated NVS) and Bulgarian Ministry of the Interior (denominated as MI).
The rules here provided are introducing the principle of independent but shared and cooperated approach in the performance of assigned tasks, relevant regulations, and additional duties and activities (such as various animal health requirements, safety of food of animal origin, health and animal welfare, veterinary border controls and enforcement of administrative measures, and other tasks as listed in this text).
