Regulations on organization and activity of the commission for recognition of breeding organizations, approval of breeding programmes and on permits for breeding activities.

This Regulation determines the rules for organization and defines all activities of the Commission for the recognition of breeding organizations, the approval of breeding programmes. This text also sets out the procedural terms as regards the possible approval or refusal of issuance of the related authorization to carry out such livestock-animal breeding activities on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
