Abstract
The aim of this Decree is to regulate the sewage disposal and surface water drainage in order to protect the environment, public health and facilities against pollution. The present Decree is composed of 3 Chapters divided into 10 articles. Chapter 1 deals with terms and definitions. Chapter 2 provides for the following: connection with sewage disposal systems and surface water drainage nets; application; complaints; and maps and register. Chapter 3 pertains to the following: prohibited disposal; general provisions; and offences and penalties.
