Legislative Decree No. 13 of 2000 amending Legislative Decree No. 20 of 1979 defining requirements and conditions for the registration and safety of small ships.

This Legislative Decree amends Legislative Decree No. 20 of 1979 defining requirements and conditions for the registration and safety of small ships as follows: (a) establishment of the Small Ships Register at the Coast Guard Department-Ministry of Interior entrusted with the competence to register small ships; (b) the words “Coast Guard Department” shall be replaced by “Ports Department” and the words "Ministry of Interior" shall be replaced with the words “the Ministry of Finance and National Economy”.
