Resolution No. 27 of 2009 amending Resolution No. 45 of 2005 on the establishment of the Committee for Fighting the Possible Outbreak of Bird Flu in the Kingdom Territory.

This Resolution replaces Paragraph 1 of article 1 of Resolution No. 45 of 2005 on the establishment of the Committee for Fighting the Entering Possibility of Bird Flu in the kingdom Territory as the following: “establishment of the Committee for fighting Probability of Introduction of Bird Flu in the Kingdom Territory presided by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipality Affairs and Agriculture and 5 representatives of the following Ministries and Departments: Ministry of health, Ministry of Culture and Information, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Civil Aviation Affairs and General Authority for Protection of Marine Wealth, Environment and Wildlife.
