Resolution No. 45 of 2005 establishing the Committee for Fighting the Possible Outbreak of Bird Flu in the Kingdom Territory.

The aim of this Resolution is to face and fight the possiblew outbreak of bird flu in Bahrain. This Resolution is composed of 7 articles. Article 1 deals with the establishment and composition of the Committee for Fighting the Possible Outbreak of Bird Flu in the Kingdom Territory. Article 2 gives the Committee the possibility to create a secondary committee made up of specialists. Article 3 entrusts the Committee with the immediate execution of the Memorandum of the Ministry of Agriculture and Municipality Affairs No. 9/19/2005 of 16 October 2006. Articles 4-6 refer to the management and internal organization of the Committee including meetings, reports and the like.
