Abstract
This Order establishes the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform fish culture farm activity and specifies the licensing procedures and conditions, upon payment of the fee as prescribed in Part I of the Schedule and such licence shall be subject to. It also provides for the following aquaculture sectors, such as: management and conservation of designated areas; Licence; Description of fish; Control of areas and species of fish; Removal of equipment; Inspection; Quarantine; Competent services; etc.
