Merchant Shipping (Compoundable Offences) Regulations, 2007.

In exercise of the power conferred by section 213 of the Merchant Shipping Order, 2002, these Regulations establish compoundable offences, referred to in sections 48,49(1), 57(5), 61(5), 76(2), 92(4), 94(5), 109(5), 112(2), 113(3) and (4), 114(2), 116(2), 118(2) and 209(2) of the Order may be compounded by the Director in accordance with subsection (2) of section 201 of the Order.
