Abstract
This Act regulates National Policy of Irrigation. It consists of 38 articles specifying conditions and requirements to be met in order to perform the aforementioned activity. It concerns projects and programs on irrigation, water and land uses, infrastructure requirements, obligations of user, land expropriation, etc. It also lists competent authority and requirements for the issuing of the concession entitling the beneficiary to exploit water resources in order to develop agricultural sector.
