Abstract
This Act establishes financial compensation to be issued to artisanal fishing in order to enforce closed seasons and prohibited fishing periods. It consists of 6 articles establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from these financial assistance (established on monthly 60,000 Cruzeiros, amount compensation shall be updated every year).
