Administrative Decree No. 96 regulating the Register for potencially polluting activities and for the exploitation of environmental resources.

This Administrative Decree regulates the Register for potencially polluting activities and for the exploitation of environmental resources. It consists of 7 articles establishing that the aforementioned activities must be authorized and registered by the competent authority, Ibama (with the duration of 1 year). This Administrative Decree also establishes controls to be carried out and sanctions to be paid by offenders in compliance with article 14 of Act No. 6.938 of 31 August 1981.
