Abstract
This resolution establishes the licensing requirements for environmental activities. Report on Environmental Impact Assessment - REIA, subject to the approval of the responsible state body, shall be based on the study on environmental impact. The SEENV shall be responsible, in a supplementary capacity, to the licensing of the activities (listed in the text) that alter or change the environment.
In determining the performance of the studies of environmental impact, the responsible state body, the SEENV or when applicable, the municipal districts, shall establish additional directives if judged necessary, in view of the peculiarities of the project and the environmental characteristics of the area, including the duration and the analysis of the studies. It consists of 12 articles defining every different type of E.I.A. and laying down competent authorities entitled for carrying out controls on this sector and requirements to be satisfied in compliance with national environmental policy.

This Order shall enter into force on the date of publication.
