Decision of CETESB Directorate No. 153 providing for environmental procedures licensing with Environmental Impact Assessment under the CETESB.

This Decision of the São Paulo State Environmental Company (CETESB) Directorate, consisting of 6 Sections, provides for environmental procedures licensing with Environmental Impact Assessment that will be under the competence of CETESB. The Decision is divided as follows: Procedures for Licensing with EAS (I); Procedures for Licensing with RAP(II); Procedures for Licensing with Environmental Studies (III); Analysis of the EIA and RIMA (IV); Issue of Installation License and Operating License (V); General Provisions (VI).
