Abstract
This Decree is composed of six articles. It modifies the geographical borders of “Ciriaco” Extractive Reserve, in the Maranhão State, to be managed by the Institute Chico Mendes. The Reserve’s goal is to preserve the environment and to improve the life of its inhabitants.
