Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 10 Chapters, establishes the Mining Code. It regulates all the requirements to be met in order to perform mining activities in Brazil and defines the rights on the mineral deposits and mines, establishing the regime for its explotation both for State either for Private Companies.
