Abstract
This Decree-Law, composed of 3 articles, revises some procedures established under the Decree-Law No. 221 of 28 February 1967 promoting and protecting fishing activities as amended by Law No. 6.276 of 1 December 1975. In particular, it modifies the provisions established in article 65, paragraph 1, letter A of the mentioned Decree and repeals the paragraph 2, already amended by Law No. 6.276 of 1 December 1975.
