Abstract
This Decree regulates the Environmental Regularization Programme (PRA) within the State of Goiás, provided for in Federal Law No. 12.651 of 25 May 2012, which provides for the protection of native vegetation, and in State Law No. 18.104 of 18 July 2013, which provides for the protection of native vegetation and establishes the new Forest Policy of the State of Goiás. The PRA is a set of actions or initiatives to be carried out by rural landowners with the aim of adapting and promoting the regularization of environmental liabilities relating to the suppression of native vegetation that occurred before 22 July 2008 in areas of legal reserve, permanent preservation and restricted use. The regularization of environmental liabilities may be carried out by means of the Property Environmental Declaration (DAI), on the Goiás Licensing Platform (IPÊ), without prejudice to the benefits provided for in Federal Law No. 12.651 of 2012, and State Law No. 18.104 of 2013.
