Decree No. 12.066 regulating Law No. 14.802 of 10 January 2024 on the Union's Multi-Year Plan for the period 2024-2027.

This Decree regulates Law No. 14.802 on the Union's Multi-Year Plan (PPA) for the period 2024-2027 and establishes principles, competencies and procedures for its governance and management. The management of the PPA 2024-2027 will include the implementation, monitoring, evaluation and review of the Plan, and will observe the following guidelines: interinstitutional articulation and cooperation to achieve the objectives and goals of programmes, including the implementation of cross-cutting agendas and priorities of the Federal Government; integration between the PPA 2024-2027 and the annual budget; improving the efficiency of public spending; promoting integration between the PPA 2024-2027 management information system and existing M&E structures and systems; specificities of implementation of each public policy and the complementarity between them; interinstitutional cooperation for the purposes of producing and organizing related information; generation of information to support evidence-based decision making; strengthening dialogue with federative entities; and social participation in the management of the PPA 2024-2027.
