Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 8 Chapters, regulates Chapter XII of Law No. 12.726 on violations, offences and penalties, regarding the illegal use of surface or ground water resources, according to the State System of Water Resources Management (SEGRH/PR). It specifies violations for any different execution of water works and hydraulic services, captation or use of water resources belonging to administrations of the State and Union areas of river basins, whose management has been delegated under article 5 of the State Law No. 12.726, or by not meeting the requests made, the offender will be subject to the application of penalties.
