Abstract
This Decree amends Decree No. 12.528 creating the Legal Reserve System (SISREL) within the State of Mato Grosso do Sul. Amendments deal with the exclusion of needed requirements to prove the establishment of a legal reserve (TCC) if the request for environmental licensing is done by IMASUL, which can be characterized and issued by different reasons, such as: public use, energy, sanitation, etc.
