Abstract
This Decree approves the Statute regulating the Tourism Foundation of Mato Grosso do Sul (FUNDTUR). This Statute, consisting of 10 Chapters and 2 Annexes, regulates the activities of the above mentioned Foundation, entitled: to plan, coordinate, programming and supervising the activities related to the promotion of the exploitation of tourism potentiality of the State; to promote seminars, meetings, conferences, discussions and other events related to tourism, culture, sport, scientific and technological development; to carry out research, and perform projects and investments related to tourism sector, etc.
