Abstract
This Decree creates and approves the Statute of the Tourism Foundation of Mato Grosso do Sul (FUNDTUR). The above mentioned Statute, consisting of 6 Chapters and 1 Annex, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of this Foundation, entitled: to plan, coordinate, programming and supervising the activities related to the promotion of the exploitation of tourism potentiality of the State; to promote seminars, meetings, conferences, discussions and other events related to tourism, culture, sport, scientific and technological development; to carry out research, and perform projects and investments related to tourism sector, etc.
