Abstract
This Decree amends Decree No. 13.977 on the Rural Environmental Cadastre of Mato Grosso do Sul. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings, in particular it provides for the suppression of issuing authorizations for of authorization for native vegetation in the Pantanal, except for applications filed with IMASUL and other exceptional cases, such as those considered for public utility or social interest.
