Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 15 articles, creates the Registration for forestry products users (CEPROF-PA) and the Trading and Transport System of forestry products (SISFLORA-PA) within the State of Pará. In particular, it states that natural and legal persons responsible for extraction, collection, use, processing, trading, storing or consuming products, by-products or raw material of forestry native origin, will be required to register in the Registry of Forestry Products exploiters within the State of Para (CEPROF-PA) which will be under the supplementary rules issued by the Secretary of State for the Environment (SEMA).
