Decree No. 2.711 regulating the Environmental Regularization Programme within the State of Paraná.

This Decree, consisting of 5 Chapters, regulates the Environmental Regularization Programme for Rural Properties of the State of Paraná - PRA, according to Chapter XIII of the Federal Law No. 12.651/2012. It establishes the requirements to be satisfied in order to register rural infrastructures and buildings which should give detailed information to the registry in the CAR of the property where the legal reserve is located. The rural building owner or the natural or legal person who use it may, by public or private instrument or administrative agreement, limit the use of the property or part of it to preserve, maintain or recover existing environmental resources. The Decree is divided as follows: General provisions (I); Definitions (II); Instruments (III); Regularization of Legal Reserve (IV); Procedures in Public Registries for Buildings (V).
