Decree No. 35.095 introducing the Registry of Producers, Consumers and Traders of forest products within National Forest Register.

This Decree is composed of 16 articles. It regulates the Registry of Producers, Consumers and Traders of forest products within National Forest Register. Such Registry shall be managed by the State Forest Body established within the Secretary for Agriculture and in charge for the application of the State Forestry Code. The State Forest Register aims at setting-up a compulsory registration procedure for producers, consumers and traders of forest products in order to better implement the State Forestry Policy.
