Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 38 articles divided into six Chapters, regulates Chapter IV-A of Title IV of Law No. 14.675 of 2009, implementing the Environmental Regularization Programme (PRA). It prescribes the procedural matters to standardize the environmental issues related to the following aspects: Rural Environmental Registry (CAR); Permanent Preservation Areas in Consolidated Rural Areas; Legal Reserve Areas; and Effects of Adherence to the Environmental Regularization Programme.
