Abstract
This Decree establishes the Internal Regulations of the Steering Committee of the Long‑Term Strategic Plan of the State of Pará (PARÁ 2050), with the main objective of operationalizing the governance framework created by Law No. 11.291 of 2025. It seeks to define the composition, structure, competencies, and functioning of the Steering Committee as a permanent, interinstitutional, participatory, and deliberative body responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and guiding the implementation of the PARÁ 2050 strategy. The Decree aims to ensure institutional alignment of public policies, integration with budgetary and planning instruments, transparency, social participation, and evidence‑based decision‑making, thereby strengthening strategic governance and the effective execution of the State’s long‑term sustainable development agenda.
