Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 29 articles, approves the Regulation of the Forestry Development Fund (FUNDEFLOR). The Regulation, consisting of 16 articles, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Fund, which under the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation (SEAPI), created by Law No. 9.519 of 21 January 1992, as amended by Law No. 14.961 of 13 December 2016, has the purpose of collecting resources to implement the State Agricultural Policy for Planted Forests and their Products. FUNDEFLOR has its administrative structure, and will be regulated by internal Deliberative Council and an Executive Secretariat, as well as the attributions of its members, disciplined by this Decree.
