Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 11 articles, regulates the State Environmental Council (COEMA). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned COEMA, as a consultative, deliberative and normative body, part of the State System for Environment and Water Resources (SISEMA) and linked to the Secretariat of State for Environment and Sustainability. The Council is entitled to regulate any environmental activity carried out within the State of Pará.
