Abstract
This Decree amends Decree No. 60.070 establishing the compensation regime under the environmental licensing jurisdiction of the State of São Paulo. It establishes the administrative and legal proceedings related to environmental compensation resources deposited into the Special Fund for Biodiversity and Ecosystem Preservation and Natural Resources - FPBRN.
