Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 15 articles, regulates Law No. 12.114 on the National Fund for Climate Change (FNMC). It establishes requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from the above mentioned Fund under the Ministry of Environment in order to support projects or studies and to finance projects aimed at climate change mitigation and adaptation to the effects of climate change.
