Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 7 Chapters, regulates Chapters I-VI and VIII of Law No. 11.909 related to transport, processing, storage, liquefaction, re-gasification and trade of natural gas. It establishes the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the above mentioned activities regarding natural gas. The Decree is divided as follows: Preliminary provisions (Chap. I); Natural gas transport (Chap. II); Import/export of natural gas (Chap. III); Storage of natural gas (Chap. IV); Pipelines, processing, storage and liquefaction, re-gasification natural gas (Chap. V); Supply and trade of natural gas (Chap. VI); Final provisions (Chap. VII).
