Abstract
This Law is composed of eight Chapters divided in 60 articles. It rules on natural gas transport activities (including their concessions) as well as on the treatment, processing, storing, liquefaction, re-gasification and marketing of natural gas. Particular attention is paid to the regulation of import/export activities and to all infrastructural aspects related to the transport process.

Law No. 14.134 providing for activities related to the transport of natural gas, referred to in art. 177 of the Federal Constitution, and on the activities of flow, treatment, processing, underground storage, conditioning, liquefaction, regasification and sale of natural gas.
