Abstract
This Decree amends Decree No 7.520 on the National Programme for Electric Energy Globalisation for All “Luz para Todos”. Amendments deal with contract stipulated according to article 1 of Decree No. 4.873 and still not terminated up to 31 December 2011 related to energy production and supply to rural population.
