Abstract
This Decree creates the State Plan of Mitigation/Adaptation to climate change, aimimg to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide in agriculture (ABC-Goiás). It establishes agronomic technical measures and dissemination of production systems to be applied in order to reduce the level of greenhouse effect gases and protect the ozone layer. This Plan prescribes several techniques to reduce the gas emission such as: direct planting on strow; recuperation of degradated pasture areas; systems of integration with labour – livestock – forest; processing of animal manure.
