Abstract
This Decree regulates Law No. 6.507 on the inspection and control on the production and trade of propagative materials. It consists of 16 chapters regulating all the necessary requirements in order to perform the aforementioned activity (such as: plant certification, quality standards, trade conditions, etc.) which shall be governed by the National Commission for Planting Materials - Conasen. Sanctions and penalties to be paid for illegal activity are specified in the text.
