Abstract
This Decree regulates the registration and licensing requirements in order to produce and trade certain agricultural products. It consists of 4 articles establishing the requirements to be met in order to perform agricultural activities, such as production and trade of: animal feedstuff, planting material, fertilizers, animal semen for artificial insemination, etc.
