Decree No. 8.471 amending Decree No. 5.741 on the Unified System for Farming and Cattle Health.

This Decree amends the Annex of Decree No. 5.741 on the Unified System for Farming and Cattle Health. Amended Annex deals with specific rules of agricultural and livestock protection to be satisfied in rural production for the following activities: preparation, handling or storage of domestic agricultural origin products for household consumption, which will be exempt from registration, inspection and supervision; sale or supply of small quantities of primary products aimed to the final consumer or by small farmers who produce them; agro-industrialization carried out by family farming or equivalent agriculture and its organizations, including structural conditions and process control.
