Abstract
This Decree regulates the Family Farming Support Fund (FUNDAAF), established by Law 12.386 of 8 January 2024, which is linked to the State Secretariat for Family Farming (SEAF). Beneficiaries eligible for FUNDAAF funds are family farmers and rural family entrepreneurs, who simultaneously meet the following requirements: they do not own an area larger than 4 fiscal units; they predominantly use their own family's labour force in the economic activities of their establishment or enterprise; the family's income comes predominantly from economic activities linked to the establishment or enterprise itself.
