Abstract
This Decree regulates Law No. 12.351 on the exploitation and production of oil, natural gas and other liquid hydrocarbons, and amending the National Energy Policy. In particular, it establishes that Petróleo Brasileiro SA - Petrobras shall express its interest in participating as operator in the consortiums formed for the exploitation and production of oil plants to be contracted within thirty days, counted from the day of publication of the National Council Resolution on Energy Policy - CNPE which will contain the technical and economic parameters of the oil plants to be contracted under the production sharing regime.
