Abstract
This Law, consisting of 2 Chapters, creates the Social Fund for Assistance to Family Farming (FUNSAF) within the Espírito Santo State. It specifies the FUNSAF composition, duties and responsibilities as a legal public entity, aimed at financially support the following projects on family farming, related to: the organization of production processes, agro-industrialization, the improvement in marketing, management of enterprises, in qualifying the provision of technical assistance and rural extension (ATER) and the development of agricultural research aimed at family farming, as established by Federal Law No. 11.326 of 24 July 2006.
