Abstract
This Law amends Law No. 9.866 on the reformulation of the State Fund for Water Resources of Espírito Santo (FUNDÁGUA). Amended articles deal with the following issues: reformulation of the State Fund for Water and Forestry Resources of Espírito Santo (FUNDÁGUA), linked to the State Secretariat of Environment and Water Resources (SEAMA), aimed to provide financial support for the implementation of the State Policy for Water Resources and related actions; implement actions, programmes and projects focused on water security; maintenance, recovery and expansion of forestry cover; and to the improvement of staff in the environmental and related areas.
