Abstract
This Law, consisting of 17 articles, creates the Family Support Programme Bolsa Família. In particular, the Family Support Programme is aimed at income transfer actions under specific requirements established in the text. The basic benefits are intended for household units that are in poverty or extreme poverty. The payment of the benefits provided for in this Law will be made preferably to the woman, in the form of the regulation.
