Abstract
This Law, composed of two articles, amends articles No. 2, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 26, 41 and 47 of Law No. 7678 of 8 November 1988 ruling on the production and marketing of wine and its by-products. In particular, the Law provides a new classification of wines and rules on their production, circulation and commercialization.
