Abstract
This Act concerns the production and marketing of wine and its by-products. It consists of 54 articles establishing conditions and requirements to be met by the aforementioned products regulating wine (and its by-products) production and marketing. It lists products originated by spirits, unauthorized activities and specifies wine classification.
