Abstract
This Law, composed of 14 articles, regulates the Secretary of Environment (SEMA). In particular, it integrates its functions with the Forest Development Fund (FUNDEFLOR) and further specifies SEMA internal structure and staff competences.

Notes
This Law amends Law No. 10.356 of 10 January 1995 (articles 8 and 19), and Law No. 10.330 of 27 December 1994 (article 8). It repeals Law No. 8.940 of 27 December 1989 and all contrary provisions.
