Abstract
This Law amends article 12 regarding families benefiting from the Maranhão Free from Hunger Programme who ensure regular medical and nutritional monitoring of each child through Primary Care, updating of vaccination records in accordance with the Ministry of Health's National Immunisation Programme. In addition, it amends prenatal care for pregnant women in the family unit, and health monitoring for other members, in accordance with Primary Care guidelines, with special attention to the elderly, people with disabilities, people with chronic diseases, and other priority groups.
