Abstract
This Law amends Law No. 14.249 on environmental licensing, offences and administrative sanctions for environmental pollution. Amendments deal with new environmental licensing requirements, offences and administrative sanctions to be paid for environmental pollution. Annexes list amended tables specifying environmental standards to be satisfied and taxes to be paid accordingly in order to perform any activity in this sector.
